AWECC is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors elected by members of AWECC. The Board of Directors are from different ethnic communities and bring various expertise to the Board.

The Board, driven by the desire and commitment to ensure multiculturism works oversights AWECC to ensure that the needs of the CALD community are adequately identified and addressed.
